Cruise Parking
It does cost to park a vehicle at the port during a cruise.  It typically runs $10.00 per day.  The parking lot is guarded, lighted, and has police patrol.  Luggage needs to be dropped curbside prior to parking.  A shuttle carries guests (not luggage) to cruise terminal.

Gratuities
On Carnival cruises, the tipping policy is set at $11.50 per person per day.  This is paid out to staff for Dining, Stateroom, and Alternative services.  This policy does NOT apply to guests under the age of 2.  You can pay these at any time leading up to your sail date of your cruise.  If these aren't paid by sail date, it will be billed to your Sail & Sign account for you to pay on board.

Paying with cash and when your credit card is charged
The credit card put on file will be charged an initial hold of $75.00 at the beginning of the cruise.  At the end of the cruise, a statement of all charges while on the cruise is delivered to the stateroom and the credit card on file is billed.  For those paying cash, a recommended deposit is given based on the number of sail days.  As a guest approaches this amount, they will be notified to deposit more money into their Sail & Sign Account.

Cheers Beverage Program
For guests that like to drink alcohol on board, Carnival has started this new program.  It allows guests to pay a flat price for their daily alcohol drinks (up to 15 per 24 hour period).  This program also gives you unlimited sodas as well.  It is still in it's trial phase, but the cost runs $50.00 per person per day.  This can only be purchased on board.  Restrictions: Each adult (21+) in a stateroom must purchase it.  Also, it must be purchased for the entire duration of the cruise, not per day.
